Terms & Conditions
Placeholder — client must complete before launch
These terms apply when you book a treatment, buy a gift card or otherwise use the services of Beauty Room by Aga. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. About us
Beauty Room by Aga provides beauty and skin treatments from 43 Drum Street, Edinburgh, EH17 8RQ. You can reach us at aguska101@protonmail.com or +44 7590 271209.
2. Bookings and appointments
A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date and time with you. Please arrive on time; late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment to avoid affecting other clients.
3. Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. [Client must complete before launch — set your cancellation notice period and any deposit or late-cancellation policy. MK Sites does not provide legal advice.]
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on our services page and may vary depending on individual needs. We will confirm the price before your appointment. Payment terms and accepted methods are confirmed at the studio.
5. Your consumer rights and cooling-off period
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. For contracts made at a distance (for example, booking online), the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you a 14-day cooling-off period. Where you ask for a treatment to be provided within that period, that right may be limited once the service has been carried out. [Client must complete before launch — have this reviewed by a qualified professional.]
6. Gift cards
Gift cards are available to purchase and may be redeemed against treatments. [Client must complete before launch — confirm gift card validity period, refund terms and any exclusions. MK Sites does not provide legal advice.]
7. Health and suitability
Some treatments are not suitable for certain health conditions or during pregnancy. Please tell us about any relevant medical information before your treatment so we can advise you and, where needed, carry out a patch test or consultation.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. [Client must complete before launch — insurance details and liability wording should be reviewed by a qualified professional.]
9. Complaints and governing law
If you are unhappy with any part of your treatment, please contact us at aguska101@protonmail.com so we can put things right. These terms are governed by the law of Scotland.
